Park Hyatt Auckland is perfectly located on the water’s edge and will offer expansive views across Wynyard Quarter's Lighter Basin and out to the Waitematā Harbor. Park Hyatt Auckland is New Zealand’s first hotel under the five-star Park Hyatt brand.
This hotel reflects its Waitematā Harbor location and is distinctly Tāmaki Makaurau. The exterior design centers on the notion of a Māori cloak around the seven-story building; a double skin offering warmth, privacy and beauty.
This luxurious 5-star hotel has a total floor area of 29,000 square meters, it has 195 guestrooms, four restaurants and bars, versatile and elegant event spaces, a sauna and daily spa, a 25-metre infinity pool, and a 24-hour fitness center. The project starts on 6th July, 2016 and completed in 2020. The vista of the eastern edge of Wynyard Quarte has been transformed by the completion of project and be home to a level of luxury accommodation not seen before in New Zealand.
